PARANORMAL INVESTIGATOR
Actionopolis
is the brainchild of publishers Shannon Denton and Patrick Coyle, who have years
of experience with companies such as Cartoon Network, Warner Brothers, Disney,
Sony, ToyBiz, Marvel Entertainment, FoxKids, DC Comics and Nickelodeon. They
have been publishing comics online and in print through their publishing company
KOMIKWERKS since 2000.
The
first in a line of more than 15 new series of books will begin shipping in July
of 2006. The
Forest King: Woodlark’s Shadow and What
I Did On My Hypergalactic Interstellar Summer Vacation will hit
stores in July, followed by Heir
to Fire: Gila Flats and Spirit
of the Samurai: Of Swords and Rings in August 2006, and The
Anubis Tapestry: Between Twilights and Blackfoot
Braves Society: Spirit Totems in September 2006. More titles
will be announced shortly.
Komikwerks
is a leader in digital publishing of comics online. Komikwerks is partnered with
Stan Lee’s POW! Entertainment to publish a line of premiere Internet comics
called Stan Lee's Sunday Comics on Komikwerks.com
and provides exclusive content to the AOL: RED website. Komikwerks also
publishes ebook versions of creator owned graphic novels and has published a
variety of projects in print and digital formats featuring Joe Kubert, Ray
Bradbury, Bernie Wrightson, Keith Giffen, Raymond Chandler, Dave Gibbons, Mike
